    Had a bicep knot

Ok guys i had a small knot in my upper bicep longhead.. I foam rollled it for 2 minutes yesterday after my back day. I did not do any curls or whatsoever to put extra work in my bicep..

Now this morning its super sore.. Idk what i should do, i am doing shoulder and traps today.

My question is should I foam roll again today ? I drink 1gal minimum a day so o am hydrated

This only happend when i decided to train smart and not with ego..

I don't see any harm in foam rolling again but you definitely need to let the soreness subside before continuing another arms day. Sometimes a few days off does a lot of good, bro. Even taking a week off will allow the body to fully heal and you'll benefit greatly from that.

Try KT Tape, may help (stranger things have happened). Or rest it for a few days and try working It again (but very light).
