Hey guys, I'm new but I've been creepin here for a few days. Anyway for a few months now (since school) I've had elbow pain on the inside of my elbow. I only feel it from benching, tri pulldowns, and sililar movements. After it first started I had no clue what it was so I took a few weeks off but it didn't seem to do much so I need some help as to finding out exactly whats going on here. I only feel it during those lifts and slighty less pain afterwards. No other times during the day will it hurt to move or do things. From what I've researched it seems life golfer's elbow but I'm still uncertain as to exactly where on the elbow that affects. I know that golfer's is tendonitis which would be in the forearm but my pain is right underneath the boney thing that sticks out, is that still considered golfer's elbow?
Any help would be greatly appreciated, so far I've been doing some golfer's elbow rehabilitation workouts and have lower weights for benching etc so it doest kill me.
Thanks!
