    Power Sprinter

    Has anyone used this sprinting implement? I am very interested in purchasing and would like some info.

    thanks. i agree completely. i dont see how u can say "waste of money" and not explain why. i lift and sprint. i just want something to make my drive phase more powerful and knee drive better for stride length. im not looking for some miracle speed implement or exercise, i just want to shave off a cpl hundreths here and there.

    effective as it may be, I would say that it is unnecessary since it can be replaced by weights on wrists and ankles, sleds, lifting etc. that ur local gym or training location already have access to. This makes Power Sprinter just a waste of money
    If you do not have access to a training location with material to replace this with, then it might be a good invetstment.
