Just for the sake of helping eachother out (and saving me a little time at work so i can be a little more productive)
does anyone have a schwartz formula template made for a meet? I'm looking for something like this
Squat 1, 2, 3, 4th (record, but not counting for best lift) and then a "best" column
Obviously needs bench, deadlift, total, and schwartz form columns.
Many green dots for this. Thanks a million.

like an excel spreadsheet i can just enter names and bodyweights in---- i had it on a flash drive that got friggin soaked-- formulas all ready in the excel sheet etc etc.Originally Posted by isaku900
