Jack3d vs N.O.-Explode

Hey guys,

Just got to Kuwait for a 12 month tour, and im hitting the gym hard along with fixing my diet. I want a 12 month body transformation while im here. Im currently 6'0'' 210 at 23 percent body fat . So my main goal is to lose body fat / pounds, not really to bulk up with muscle yet. Trying to get that lean body going.

I was considering a pre-workout, but cant decide between Jack3d and NO-Explode. Which is better?

Also, should i be taking a post-workout?

Most people say Jack3d is better then NoExplode. But you might want to also check out some of the newer preworkouts like Juggernaut, White Flood, etc.

Ok. Checking it out. Do you think i should start a post-workout or wait a little bit? I got some NoExplode today and that **** was intense. I stayed on the elliptical for 45 minutes keeping my heart rate between 170-180, i think thats the longest lol. I probably could have stayed on for an hour.

i was actaully very dissapointed with with N.O xplode. it didnt do much of anything for me. IMO i think jacked>N.O xplode

Same here - NO Xplode did nothing for me. No comment on jack3d as I avoid 1,3dmaa - but ON AmiN.O. Energy worked great for me

If the NO explode was intense then I say stick with it. I am personally a SuperPump Maxx man myself but I have had NO explode and it is a solid product. Once you get a little more into the supps and finish your tub of explode read some reviews. This forum is very helpful. (just read lots, its fun if your really interested)

Below are a few things I have picked up.

Jack3d- everyone likes it and it did give me some insane workouts but the itch was just annoying and when theres plenty of other products that dont make you itch why not take them. (Great work outs though)

SuperPump Maxx - My favorite. Solid step up from NO explode I think. (I have this stockpiled because I dont use anything else anymore)

White Flood - I have read nothing but good reviews on these forums about the stuff. Worth a shot as well.

What else do you want to know. Like lifting and diet, finding the right supps is a game of trial and error.

Superpump was really good for me
I never experienced the itch with jack3d. And I take that currently and have for a while. From experience people have told me. You need to realllly build up a tolerance for it. I know people who couldn't handle it. I been takin nitric oxide for a while so it never bothered me.. havn't tried anything else yet tho.

i have taken noxplode, superpump, and jack3d and really didn't get much from any of them

most of the energy you get from them is false energy and come of the components of jack3d can take up to 3 days to build in your system before releasing energy which really does no good as a pre workout..

look into cellucor c4, helps boost energy quickly and focus and determination is incredible on it... but all supps are gonna be on a personal basis different bodies react differently

I've tried both and had good results no explode was great and I felt like jack'd 3d did the job to. Like everyone has said you just have to find what works for you. I've changed up supplements and the combination I use on a pretty regular basis. I honestly don't think I've found or know anyone whose used them for more than a year and stayed on exactly the same thing. Frankly I don't think it's a good idea to stick with the same thing. With soo much new stuff coming on the market from quality producers it's probably a good idea to see if you can get better results from another product. I know it's definitely helped me out in the past. You'll find something, everything has it's pro and cons.

IMO jack3d is the way to go. no-xplode take so much more to use. with jacked you take 1-3 tiny little scoops to ur own preferance. with no-xplode you take so much more product and take in alot more water for a more full feeling. and not to mention it hits most stomachs like a sledge hammer. hence the nick name anal-explode. JACK3D FTW!! price and taste is better also. i reccomend purple bubble gum.

I got the energy I was used to from Jack3d but none of the itching on my arms and back. I worked arms yesterday and thought my biceps was going t bust out of my skin...lol My workout partner is a Jack3d user also and tried it with me...his next tub will be Neurocore....that says alot because we've tried about everything out there and kept coming back to Jack3d...until now....

ive taken N.O. Xplode, Jack3d, Juggernaut, and Superpump 250. NO and Jugg are definetly the best in my opinion. Huge rush of energy and focus like a cat. I fricken love those two supps. And yeah definitely get a postworkout protein powder. Will help you wonders. Take it immediately after your workout. I love Optimum Nutrition gold standard whey. great taste and awesome results. Jack3d is nice when I started training but you build up a tolerance to it quick. I then used No Explode and I have never built a tolerance to it. It is very good and steady energy. Also you get more bang for you buck. Jack3d has about 30-45 servings depending on if you take 1 or 2 scoops. N.O explode has 50 serving and you never have to take more than 1 scoop. Also I think N.O is safer IMO. Jack3d has been ban from being made now and is illegal in some country's because of the DHEA.

Jack3d is about to get a ban, but it acts as a appetite suppressent. and gives good focus. NO Xplode is like 10oz of water to mix with it. but jack3e is better.

They are banned from being made but gnc and other retailers are allowed to sell there remaining supply's so if you want that stuff you better go to your local nutrition store and pick up a case.

I'd reccomend White Flood, SPMAx, NOvem, C4, Bullnox or Neurocore if any of those are available where your'e at.
