don't hate crossfit because of these clowns. they are clearly not doing the exercises properly. i go to a crossfit gym and the trainers at the gym would be all over these guys. not allowed to do the workouts until you have the correct form. those squats are awful and the guy doing kipping pull-ups isn't even getting his chin above the bar, all he is doing is swinging. and your gym sucks if it only has one spot to deadlift!

Luckily, MOST people who do "crossfit" (their own terrible variations) in conventional gyms are skinny *******s. The easiest way to deal with them is to wait until they leave 1 of the 6 spots they're hogging and just slide in and take it. They're always to beta to say anything.

(I never do this to regular people and am very respectful, but I can't stand these ****s who think they can use 1/10 of the entire gym's space for themselves at busy times... Ridiculous).
