This is my first post! You can tell from my avi i'm new to lifting... in fact this week is my first week of proper training. For now i'll just post my routine, but i'll add my training logs after every gym session! (So first log tomorrow) - I'll also figure out Sets/reps this week.

Unfortunately I couldn't deadlift today (would've been my first time), trainers were taking up the whole free barbell section doing lessons. I got on with the rest of my training though.
