    Captivate's journey to Aesthetics!

    This is my first post! You can tell from my avi i'm new to lifting... in fact this week is my first week of proper training. For now i'll just post my routine, but i'll add my training logs after every gym session! (So first log tomorrow) - I'll also figure out Sets/reps this week.

    Bulking.

    Goals

    - Reach 175 lbs this year, while staying under 18% bodyfat -

    Height: 6'0
    Weight: 71 kg/156 lbs

    BF: 15%


    Day 1: Back/Biceps -

    Deadlift

    Wide-Grip Lat Pulldown

    Day 2: Chest/Triceps -

    machine flys
    Dips

    cable triceps pushdown (alternating straight bar/v-bar)
    Skullcrushers

    Day 3: Legs/Shoulders -

    Squats
    Leg Extensions
    Leg Curls
    Calf raises

    db Shoulder press
    db Lateral raise
    sb Shrugs
    Machine reverse flys

    3000 Calories - 150g Protein - 70g fat - 400C

    My diet consists mainly of tuna, chicken, bread, pasta, mackerel (healthy fats) and protein shakes to reach my 150g protein.

    11/7/12 - Back/Biceps

    Unfortunately I couldn't deadlift today (would've been my first time), trainers were taking up the whole free barbell section doing lessons. I got on with the rest of my training though.
