Pre-workouts def. come in handy, didn't feel like lifting at all today and my body was still pretty tense. Got a bench PR today, think it's cause I've been cleaning up my form too. Also tried mixing up the split again. Chest+shoulders+tris now, dropping dips because I feel like it puts a bunch of pressure on my wrists.

Edit: The DOMS is horrible...
Not sure if I wanna go there yet, but do you know any specifics as to why they didn't like it? And the only other school I'm actually considering is CSUSM, got rejected from SDSU

Ever since my deload my squats have been weak, gonna stop RD and see how that goes. Also should prob. fit in regular deads somewhere in my routine... was gonna do it today but I was way too gassed.

Was going to deadlift but lower back felt pretty weak still. Prob save it for tomorrow after squats.

Inconsistent lifts, really irritating when you're trying for a PR.
But I also didn't have much energy today and tri's were already fatigued after bench so I couldn't put up 60's for shoulder press.
Bench: Usual warm up, 195x5 205x3x4x4
