Came in for some obliques & abs cause I felt energetic.

Wtf what? and never really took my diet seriously. Actually my first time trying to bulk, it's been a little less than a month now. My goal is around 3300 cals (says livestrong.com) but it can range anywhere from 2500 to 4000 calories. Hard to stay consistent cause some days I won't feel hungry at all.
And thanks, subbed back. But I'm turning 18 in a few days and think I'll make a new log.

Yesterday
Came in expecting to only be able to do legs but I guess I'm not that limited. Main lifts I can't do are bench, bb rows, deadlifts, pull ups, and I'm going to assume shoulders too.
Squats 135 2x8 165x5 195x5 225x5 235x5
Cable flies and I forget everything else I did.
