Yeah man, im gonna squat today...hopefully i can get 185x5 i used to do 205x3, but then corrected my form and its a made a hell of a difference

haha sadly thats what i did. my bench press is stalled up at 185x4, my incline DB press is 70lbs/handx7, chinups BW+40 x5, weighted dips BW+110 x5
oh and my DB shoulder press is 60lbs/hand x4
