Most people find the BA "tingles" annoying. That can be avoided by taking smaller doses.

It is suggested to take 3.2g of BA a day to get the benefits, breaking that into 3 doses throughout the day reduces the side effects.

BA is like creatine; it doesn't matter when you take it, just as long as you get the suggested amount daily.

Many people think they need to take a big dose of BA pre-workout, when that isn't the case.

Agreed. Beta alanine has helped my recovery no end. Didn't think much of it, until I came off cycle - especially post-squat workouts!
