Hey all, this is my quest for aesthetics after watching bigmane perform a successful cut. Hopefully i can get similar results.

Day 1 (6/20/2011)(EC)
Exercise: Back
Wide grip Pull-ups : 8 reps, 6 reps, 4 reps
Supported T-Bar Row : 45x10, 90x10, 135x8, 90x8
Lat Pulldowns : 130x10, 150x10, 170x8
Bent-over BB row : 95 x 10, 135x10, 95x10
Cardio: 21 minutes on the elliptical
Nutrition:
Meal 1: 8oz oatmeal
Meal 2: Sausage and egg on a Roll
Meal 3: Half a butterfinger bar
Meal 4: Myofusion with lactaid milk
Meal 5: Pan Fried plank state with 1 tbsp a1 steak sauce
Notes:
Still trying to recover from meniscus tear and mcl/lcl sprain, couldn't go superheavy on bent over rows. Felt light headed on train ride to gym so i ate half a butterfinger to provide body with some insulin so i don't die. EC is serious business

Exercise: Chest
Incline BB Bench Press: 135x10, 185x8, 225x8, 185x5
Incline DB Flies: 35x10, 40x8, 30x8
Flat DB Bench Press: 80x10, 85x8
Preacher Curls: 2x165x8
Tricep Extensions: 150x8, 165x5
Cardio: 25 minutes on the Elliptical
Nutrition
Meal 1: Steamed Soup Dumplings (8)
Meal 2: Mixed vegetables with rotini, cantelope, and bread
Meal 3: Four small chocolate chip cookies
Meal 4: Myofusion shake with lactaid and creatine
Meal 5: 8oz chicken breast with 2oz shells

Notes:
Chocolate Chip cookie was a pre-workout snack. Once again no time for proper meal due to work. In total junk pre-workout was only 300 calories.

Any chance for a before photo?
And you said you got light headed on the train to the gym. Make sure you watch this, don't want to be squatting heavy and pass out. I find myself getting light headed a lot on cuts as well, usually some quick carbs (as you did) will help with this.

don't gotta worry about heavy squats and deadlifts, i don't train legs!!!!! Haha seriously though, i can't squat and deadlift for a while, mcl/lcl sprain, and torn meniscus.

I'm squatting and deadlifting Thursday for the first time in >6 months... I'm so scared. Are you doing any physical therapy or lighter leg work other than your cardio?

strengthening quads/hamstrings using super light weight, bw squats going as low as i can until discomfort, and some physical therapy exercise to restore max range of motion, good luck on your deads and squats, its gonna be ****ty for the first week, but once that muscle memory kicks in, you're good
