Hey, I'm pretty new here to the forum (not to lifting) and I was wondering what the proper way to go about cutting is. Do you still lift? Do you just do cardio? Take any protein or anything whilst cutting? Please help me out!

Find your caloric maintenance. (Google a calorie intake calculator)..
Eat 500 less than that, be on a solid lifting routine and that's all you really need. If you're on a decent lifting program , you're somewhat active, you eat a 500 calorie deficit, you'll be cutting just fine.--BuLKinG--
