    Proper way to cut..?

Hey, I'm pretty new here to the forum (not to lifting) and I was wondering what the proper way to go about cutting is. Do you still lift? Do you just do cardio? Take any protein or anything whilst cutting? Please help me out!

Eat less calories then you burn. Biggest thing right there.
Me personally I still lift but I do higher reps less weight.
and I do cardio. About 60 minutes of it.

Find your caloric maintenance. (Google a calorie intake calculator)..

Eat 500 less than that, be on a solid lifting routine and that's all you really need. If you're on a decent lifting program , you're somewhat active, you eat a 500 calorie deficit, you'll be cutting just fine.

A general rule of thumb is eat 500 under maintenance, keep protein high to keep as much muscle mass as possible, cardio is preference, it's not necessary but won't hurt.

    500 caloric deificit
    Continue lifting
    HIIT Cardio (look that up)
Personally I like to carb cycle when losing the last 5 pounds
HIGH protein and a BCAA supplement isnt a bad idea
