thanks man. yeah i always go down to my chest, on working sets at least. sometimes on burnout sets that i'll do at the end of an incline session i'll stop a couple inches above just to push up some extra reps.

lol same. it sucks when you're by yourself doing that.
i guess i just realized i haven't updated on leg day in awhile haha, but i have been doing squats for about a month now, and i was doing front squats for like a month before that. i haven't gone too heavy yet, just been repping out 275 for my heaviest sets.

did you mean waist or legs? lol i'm trying to keep my waist as small as possible, definitely don't want that getting any bigger.

timed this workout terribly, i was supposed to do rear delts and traps as well but i had a client i had to train right afterwards so i had to stop short.. i had to turn on a paper on campus right before that i forgot about, that took an extra 15-20 minutes which ended up screwing my workout.. i blame it on that lol f*ck school. i'll just have to make it up tomorrow with legs

lol thanks dude. i started benching long before i was on an actual split so my chest has always been a strong point for me, that combined with decent genetics for it i guess. always starting out with incline has given it better shape i feel.
