How does muscle milk taste?

i know this is kind of a stupid question but i'm about to buy muscle milk today for the first time(preferably whey) and i want to know the taste i should be expecting. i've never had muscle milk before so i don't know what to expect. also what is better, creatine monohydrate or whey(i don't know specifics so info could be helpful).

Honestly, all of the flavors ive ever had taste just like milkshakes. I always used water and a blenderball shaker to mix. No chunks and goes down smooth.

Muscle Milk (imo) is the best tasting whey out there, hands down.
Also creatine and whey are two completely different things. Whey is a protein source while creatine is a supplement that helps with muscle development.

Tastes like crap with warm water, but it's good cold.

Never bothered making shakes out of it, I just down the stuff.



OP, don't give a crap about the flavor, just down it for the protein. That's all that matters
