I've been doing GOMAD for a month and have gained 5 lbs and no fat. I could have gained more if I ate normal on it. Anyways, GOMAD is simply a way to get 2400 calories with almost PERFECT MACROS. 2400 calories; 128g fat; 192g carbs; 128g Protein. That's almost perfect. Everyone on here says that if you do GOMAD you get fat. I don't think so because you get the same calories and macros from real food(which is harder to eat). So please explain why you guys don't like it.

I'm on gomad ATM and it's pretty good other than the fact that my mom buys skim milk so I get less calories but same protein

Well, I mean I guess your getting your DV of vitamins w/multis it can't be that bad to drink a gallon a day but its definitely going to cause you to overdose on calcium which, can't really site this at work on my phone, but too much calcium can cause some bad side affects like actually weakening your bones and even causing kidney stones. Just be careful, obviously no one has died from it, but maybe do a half gallon+save some cash+eat more food!

nobody hates on gomad. I used to hgomad but It was phuckin with my acne so i stopped.

Op you need to eat more food if you only gained 5lbs in a month of gomad.
I did gomad for a month when on ss and gained 15lbs.

I can't drink milk, but I tried GOMAD for a few weeks with chocolate milk and it helped get 4000+ calories but then chocolate milk all tasted spoiled to me, like regular milk, so I had to stop.
Drink milk, add protein powder too.Bench 402 (ace)/ 385 (440 in slingshot)
Squat 600 (predators + frantz canvas) / 441lbs
Dead lift 551 (super centurion+ predators) /578lbs
Power Clean 100kg x 8
