My transformation.. From 2006 till present [Packed on more than 66lbs]
This is my first post on this forum.. Just thought I would share my transformation with you guys.
Today I'm 20 years old. I started working out when I was 16(2006). I've played sports my whole life (Soccer, boxing, basketball, and football), but the last months has been all about bodybuilding. My recent goal is to compete in bodybuilding within the next few years. My problem is my legs(not shown), which I will be working on hard.
My stats:
Starting weight:152lbs / 69kg
Present weight: 222 lbs/ 101kg
Starting height: 5'11
Present height: 6'2
Starting BF: ~15
Present BF: ~8
This was July 2006, when I had just started working out for a few months..(16 years old)
(It's funny, I remember thinking I was big.. smh)

DAMN! Oorah! Motivating as hell bro. Great job. Reps for inspiration.
The Superposition Principle makes everything weird for me on quantum scales... "Oh, reality is a just a big mess -- until you look at it." That is basically what it tells me! Excuse me, a little upset about that.

amazing progress!
Thanks bud!!
Yea I had a shoulder injury, therefor stayed off the shoulders for a while.
Any shoulder-mass exercises you would recommend?? I do military presses and seated dumbbell/barbell presses for mass. Then lat spreads, and front dumbbells..
