can you take creatine while Cutting?

hey guys beginning my 1st cut in a week and want to know if i can take creatine while i am trying to shred up?

I am starting my cut in a week aswell. I have half tub of Green Mag but I don't think I will use it. It's a personal choice of whether or not to use creatine while cutting.

My opinion is that CM is great on a cut. You've got to remember, since the muscles are already facing a lowered state of glycogen storage, extra water in the muscle will lead to a better anabolic environment, considering that calories are below maintenance.

Muscle wasting is a concern when cutting, but the extra ATP stores will prevent loss of lean mass and keep energy and strength levels up in the gym. Creatine enhances muscle hydration, as well.

yes you can use creatine while cutting, most will say to continue to use creatine so your strength levels stay and also, if creatine helped you put on muscle, its best to use while trying to keep muscle

I would never cut without creatine...simply put creatine is cuttings best friend!

Personally I use NeoVar while cutting; it gives you the benefit of monohydrate without the bloating/water retention issues normally associated with mono due to the transport method. Help keep my strength up and provides with a great pump and improved recovery.
