Calculating calorie info for ground meat cooked on a George Foreman grill.

I use my handy-dandy George Foreman grill to cook a lot of ground beef, pork, and turkey patties for my keto plan. When I cook beef especially, I get a TON of fat drip off. I'm buying the 73/27 patties and cook them until they are relatively lean.

Anyone have any suggestions as to how to estimate the post-grilling calorie value? Usually I mark it up as the caloric equivalent of a 90/10 patty. Does that sound about right? Obviously, lean pork and turkey has less fat loss.

I would count it as 73/27. Yes drippings come off but most of the fat is actually in the meat and would be too hard to predict

Just count it raw and be consistent (I.e always count it raw) and you will be fine
