This is a loaded question.
Benches have been discussed, ad nauseum, on this forum. There is everything from cheap to nice home units to commercial quality.

Another good resource for researching benches is the bench wiki. It's what I used earlier this year when searching for a bench. There's a row of pictures at the bottom and I was able to eliminate more than a few right off the bat by just looking at them. (One of my criteria was that the bench not have a non-removable leg hold-down.)
