    Need new preworkout

    I'm going to gnc today to return my C4 Extreme. It giving me an edge but at the end of my workout I was crashing and at 2 scoops I wasn't feeling much. I'm thinking about getting the new NO-Xplode 2.0 but I'm not sure. Anyone tried it yet or any other preworkout recommendations?

    Its not that I can't workout without it, just that when I do use a preworkout I get a way better pump and I can get more weight and more reps

    You need to reevaluate your preworkout meal....and get that out of your head because it's not true. Stims do not cause increased strength.

    Eating, and consequently growing, will allow you to do more weight and reps. Why do u want something that only makes you stronger for an hour or so?

    I try never to eat protein bars. They are full of garbage. Great if you have no other options, but eh....


    1.5 hours before you workout have a good meal with high carbs. 30 min before have an apple

    Try a ton of carbs 1.5 hours before you lift and see how you feel. Make a big bowl of oatmeal and put a scoop of protein in there and whatever else you like...granola, fruit, etc..

    Not if you make your own like I do My current batch was choco pudding mix, 12 scoops of VPX graham cracker, a ton of cinnamon, 8 scoops benefiber, 3 cups oats, 2 cups skim milk...made 8 bars 250cal each 36g protein 30gcarbs.

    This sums it up nicely. Diet, diet, diet. Your hormones are going crazy and if you don't have the energy to lift and run now, you got some issues. Stop the energy drinks, junk food, and look at the rest of your diet. I am just going to take the chance and say just as most of this generation does, you drink sodas and/or those nasty energy drinks. If not, than look at the rest of your diet, post it up in nutrition section, and then go from there.
