Flavor/Mixability 10/10 The thing I like best is the flavor and this stuff is delicious. The flavor is not strong and it allowed me to mix with less liquid for a stronger taste.I used 8oz of milk with 1 scoop and then I used 1 scoop with 6oz of milk. The 6oz was perfect for me. It mixed just great and no clumping either. It is not a thick protein and has the consistency of chocolate milk.
Profile 10/10 The PB Ice Cream is great with 150 calories, 5g of carbs, 3.5g of fat and with 25g of protein per scoop. It's a blend of Whey Protein Concentrate, Milk Protein Concentrate, Whey Protein Isolate, and Milk Protein Isolate.
Over All 10/10 This is a solid blend that taste amazing. I am satisfied with this protein and looking forward to trying the other BPI proteins blends. I like to fact that they add ProHydrolase enzyme blend to this to helps well. ProHydrolase digests protein into bio-usable form, taking full advantage of the availability of essential amino acids for building muscle and improving muscle recovery, while also reducing the potential for digestive discomfort. Backed by two human clinical studies that demonstrate its superiority to other protease blends, ProHydrolase has been shown to increase levels of amino acids in the blood, as well as decrease levels of C-reactive protein (CRP). ProHydrolase has shown to be effective with whey, soy, casein, hemp and pea proteins.I was able to find this clinical study http://pfcdn.pixelbait.netdna-cdn.co...AdvStudy-2.pdf

BPI Sports Whey-HD PB Ice Cream Bar

I have a 5lb container of this flavor sitting in my protein closet patiently waiting to be opened but I'm slowly
going thorough a 5lb container of the Milk & Cookies and I'm using that one pretty much for proats because
any other way I'm NOT a fan of it but hopefully the PB Choc Ice Cream bar is as good as everyone says it is
and I've liked all the other flavors of Whey HD so far so you can't go wrong with the others especially the
Granola, Banana Marshmallow, and the Strawberry Cake which all three are pretty unique tasting and worth
a try.

Thanks for the review OP! PB Ice Cream Bar is my favorite of the Whey-HD lineup. Unique flavor that does actually bring in a mild PB taste that actually does have a good ice cream bar chocolate coating taste with it. I'm just about to finish my tub off and I have Strawberry Cake and Granola Crunch to move onto. If you're looking to try other flavors, my other top flavors would be Strawberry Cake, Banana Marshmallow Pie, and Granola Crunch(w/ added cinnamon).

Easily much better than chocolate cookie imo. I'm a peanut butter lover and while most people just expect this to be a chocolate peanut butter protein, that's the wrong expectation to have. It does actually taste like the name describes. Combination of peanut butter, chocolate, with an ice cream bar chocolate coating flavor.
I think of this minus the nuts on the coating
