If I'm sick and not training at all but still working how much to eat to maintain?

EDIT: Let me rephrase, by work I mean, working a desk job.

When I'm lifting almost every day of the week about 5 days a week, I eat at 2200ish to lose fat on my cut. I'm sick now and I've only been to the gym once this week and I'm assuming i won't be going tomorrow, should I continue to eat at 2200 or drop down to 2000?

Yeah but carbs is for energy and you'll maintain your muscles with high protein + fat. Fat feels satisfying while sick. You could eat at maintenance if your scared of dropping to much/feeling not healty.
