I was training for a half marathon and somehow screwed up my leg... no visible injuries, but within 10 minutes my left foots arch begins to hurt so much I need to stop and my left leg fills up with major lactic acid by my ankle... very weird. Can't goto a doctor, my parents are too busy. Really bummed I can't run it... I gave it rest and everything -- still giving me problems.
Now I need to concentrate on other forms of cardio, can anyone suggest fun cardio?

if you're in legitimate pain and your parents are "too busy" to take you to a doctor...i'd get new parents. but, the non-******* side of me says to try the eliptical or bike. if you want "fun" cardio, take up submission fighting. just watch those ankle locks.

Go to the doctor on your own. Better still, go to a specialist sports doctor. If you are old enough to run a half marathon, you are old enough to go to the doctors. You'll feel very stupid if it turns out that all you need is a pair of proper insoles or something, and you've been suffering pain because you didn't deal with it.
In the meantime, cycle or swim.65% fat, 30% protein, 5% carbs = keto.

Sounds like what happened to me before I realized my body dose'nt like running or jogging. I would get the arch pain and lactic build up to.
Now I just walk on a treadmill. I use a heart rate monitor and the incline to stay at a higher intensity level without having to run and hurt myself.
If you have a bike, use it till your foot feels better and then get on the treadmill and walk with the incline.
If your in pain just sitting around see a doc. If not rest should do it.
