    Lower Body Fat Percentage, Gain Muscle

    Hi I'm 6'1 205 12 % bmi, I know how to workout had some abs a month ago but that was it, everything else was non really there. My question is how many calories should I eat to lower body fat while gaining muscle. I tried eating maintenance but blew up. Its strange because I cant pinch much fat but can still pinch it, even when I had abs I pinch about the same, but now my neck back and pects got alot bigger... how do I know this is fat or muscle? I want strength and speed. I don't care about looks. I've heard a bunch of stuff like to get abs you should eat more to build them. I need the record set straight.

    the abs are like any other muscle group...if you work them out with resistance, they will grow. When you lower your overall bodyfat, you will see them better.
    2011:
    LBS: 210+ to 148
    BF%: 28+ to 11%

    2015:
    LBS: 170 to 149
    BF%: 20 to 12.8%

    Goal: 170LBS, 10%BF

    If you are that height/weight at 12% body fat, you should have a very, very impressive, superhero like physique.
