When I used Yok3d, I felt it was very inconsistent, and weak. Many others said that, too. It has bad reviews, and I'm telling you from my personal experience, it is not worth the money at all.. Can't comment on NO3 because I have never used it.
My personal reccomendation would be either Agmatine or HemaVol.Last edited by MultiVitamin; 06-16-2011 at 03:11 PM.
As a dietary supplement, take two caplets daily.

I received a few bottles of Yok3d due to my work. I was initially interested in it but put off by the price, however after getting it for free I decided to toss it in.
Id say it definatly adds to your workout but its not gamebreaking if you dont use it. Will probly be a staple anytime I cycle off caffeine for 2-3 weeks at a time but I did notice very synergestic effects from stacking it with a preworkout such as Superpump or even jack3d. You get a little bit of a "fuller" pump and the muscle is a tad harder.
Fun supplement but not entirely essential.
