    Unhappy Right AC joint weak, plz help!!

    My right AC joint has been week for almost half a year now
    i think its due to overdoing pull ups and push ups and cycling(i used to cycle for 2 hrs continuously)

    i can feel a violent pop and thud each time i do certain movements and i can also see my clavice popping inwards,
    also the joint where the clavice joins the shoulder is week and i can easily slip the cclavice out of the joint

    i never used to feel pain near my clavice, but i used to feel pain and swelling of the upper right back

    it has been more than a 2 months now since i stopped all forms of workout, and the popping and swelling of back has reduced noticably but not completely

    i saw a doctor already and he said i should not worry too much and reduce my workout and rest and that i should improve my posture( yeah my posture sucks big time :P)

    what should my further course of action be??
    what kind of workout would you suggest me to strengthen this joint(i dont want to try anything heavy, just light physio), i want to resume my workouts again soon

    if its that bad i would say you might want to rest it rather than work it harder..
