    Got the stuff, now what??

    I have received my Protein shakes and OxyELITE pro, now what?

    Take OxyELITE in the morning with a big breakfast, then workout? Or Oxy then shake for breafast and big lunch and Casein for supper?

    Let me know what has worked for you!

    I really hope there is some food in there. Your post reads like you're only eating twice with a protein shake for "dinner".

    Back to Oxy though, if you're stim sensitive, best to take it as early in the day as possible, so it won't affect your sleep.
