Think I am doing better in some and messed up in others.
So please help me see what I missed.
Squat:
Think for the most part I did ok.
Except for the 3rd set when I lost my tightness on holding the bar down on my back and made the bar roll off a bit.
And I think there was a couple of reps that did not quite make it to parallel
Bench Press:
Some reason I decided to make the bar height one notch down.
Think that is what made the bar somehow feel slightly heavier and made me stall this session
Bent-over Rows:
I think its much better than the last session.

Bench and row look pretty good to me. I only watched the first set on the squat video. Depth looked good. You may have been bending a bit forward on some of those reps so you were doing more of a good morning as you were starting to stand up. Also, with black shorts and a black background it was tough to see if you were rounding your back to get below parallel, it looked like you may have on a rep or two. Pretty good lifts though.
