What are your goals with squatting?

Do you want to compete in powerlifting?

I'm not sure but I think I see some major buttwink (butt is rounding under you at the bottom). Other than that it looks okay for an oly type squat. If you want to squat more weight, compete, or squat more like a PLer than you need to sit back more and limit your forward knee travel.
I tried putting penis as my password, but BB.com said it was too short!!!

If that's the case than what you're doing is pretty good, just keep that butt from rounding at the bottom.

stay on your heels. You're pushing through your toes. Push your knees out. Fix the butt wink. You can fix it by stretching your hips a lot. Try some hip mobility stuff and stretches

Okay, well as others have said, you're knees are tracking too far forward as a result of you shifting onto the balls of your feet. The first step to fixing this is to get rid of the squishy shoes and buy some weightlifting shoes. Then cue yourself to sit back more.

thick+comfortable sounds like it means soft

    Which is terrible for squatting.

What hurts more, getting punched by someone in the face, or getting punched by someone wearing a big soft boxing glove in the face? Probably the first one right?

Just want to jump in here and say AF1 are good for squatting, very flat and hard sole. But I would tie them all the way up.

Also don't wear shorts 3 times too big for you and then ask for a form critique... lol. That being said, your knees are shooting way forward, you want to sit back a little more. Form isn't too bad though if you are not competing.

Also if you want mass, follow up the squats with heavy leg presses.

they look like they're putting you on your toes more. i'd go with a flat soled shoe or squat barefoot.
also try spreading your legs a bit more, turning your toes out and sitting back a little more.

I think I have this same issue. I've been planning on getting some Chucks because I've read that they make a good lifting shoe and they are within my budget. Is this true?

I'll go ahead and quote bango skank from the SS forums:

"weightlifting shoes > Chuck Taylors > barefoot > tennis shoes > bed of nails > sandals"

Obviously, actual weightlifting shoes are preferred over Chucks.... but if you refuse to whore yourself out for shoes like any half-decent powerlifter would do, then have at it.

It's hard to stop something that's moving fast... although the OP was not descending too fast.
I'm weak, but I'm working on it.

    Which is terrible for squatting.

What hurts more, getting punched by someone in the face, or getting punched by someone wearing a big soft boxing glove in the face? Probably the first one right?

I can't disagree more. I think his squat is more of a PL style squat but with a narrow stance...

You really can't call that one an oly squat.

For those saying if he wants to do a powerlofting style that knees shouldn't go forward as much I have a couple questions.

I've been attempting to limit knee travel and sit back more. Question is how far do knees travel forward in a PL squat? Or should I strive to keep shins vertical throughout lift?

ideally vertical shins, but that's usually only achievable whilst wearing gear, so minimal is a good goal.
