Currently I work out int the morning, wake up at 530 and try to get to the gym at 6. My wife and I both work and we have a 2 year old, so working the gym around life gets confusing sometimes. Only way i can make it to the gym regularly is by going early in the morning. Now with these pre workouts most of them say to take them 45min- hour BEFORE you work out.. I know i probably should wake up a little earlier and make a better breakfast before i go to the gym. BUT, what are the best pre workout supplements you should take. Also, I need more energy.. 530 i dont have much energy, So i was thinking about picking up some NXplode? Is that good? Any suggestions are helpful!!

If your "bulking" I would have the whey protein, Carb Slam and Novem when you wake up and then I would sip on Xtend during your workout and then I would have another 2 scoops of whey and 2 scoops of Carb Slam immediately after you work out and then eat a good whole food meal about 1 hour after that.
