    I find the most accurate way to measure it is not by using a measuring spoon but rather weighing the portion. So I just grab a scale and drop 32gr worth of PB on the scale. Can't get any more accurate than that.

    lol This thread is 4 years old, has a post for every year and is only 2 pages long. I like to mix 1tbsp Ghirardeli unsweetened cocoa and 2 tbsp of pb then spread across a banana. Satisfies that chocolate craving I get sometimes.

    I will try that as I love both individually, but I dont like PB with chocolate like the rest of the world seems to love.
