you sound like the owner of my gym. cool guy but always cracks jokes at anyone that's not a powerlifter. he holds a bunch of state records and a national one for squat and has all these quotes from powerlifters on the wall about "bodybuilders envy me, gym rats want to be me etc."
then he calls people a girl if they use a belt or straps even if its for BB shrugs or a 450+ deadlift.
oh and hes 61 years old.

No way, proud fellow not healthy brah. What caused it? My sciatica is from being born with a twisted pelvis, my right leg is longer than my left and I didn't know until after I was already throwing around a lot of weight which ended up doing damage over a few years including my left shoulder from doing overheads at a slant. My back used to go out so bad I couldn't walk for days until I learned what the problem was. Now I'm stretching like a motherfuker and it seems to be helping. Only thing I can do relatively pain free is deadlifts (550 no straps or chalk). Can't overhead anymore, but benching doesn't hurt too bad.
So close to 10k, green is my favorite color nom saiyan?
