I work in the heat in Alabama as a farmhand on a farm/plantation. We work 12-16 hour days and it can be brutal.

In the summer every year I get the same problem. After about 4 hours of work my butthole starts itch and i can feel literal shiit leaking out of my ass

this effects me because its nasty and it smells and its so uncomfortable when i am working having a decent amount of shiit leaking and smearing in my butt

when i take a break to go wipe it looks like i just took a crap and whiped thats how much crap leaks out of my ass and i have to wipe at least 7-10 times a shift


is there anything i can eat to conastipade me so i only take a crap when i crap?

ive ruined countless pairs of underwear from this problem and i usually have a constant rash in my butt
