    How much Protein per meal?

I know it should be 30-40 per meal, but if in 100 grams peanuts there are 24 grams protein and the biological value is 55% that means 13.2 grams protein, and for yogurt is 80-90 so from 9 grams per cup that is 8 grams, and both have 24+9=33, but with biological value counted its 13.2+8=21.2

so 30-40 grams mean the all proteins or the biological value of the protein should be 30-40 grams protein?

It doesnt matter the protein per meal, just hit your goal protein intake in a 24 hour period and youll be fine.

You mean you "think" you know? Cuz you're wrong...so you definitely don't "know."

And thinking that biological value means how much of the protein will be used...that one is hilarious too.

You should be a comedian, brah.

OP did ridiculous amounts of math when he lacks the basic knowledge that protein does not go to waste if consumed in larger amounts than 30-40 grams.
