yup. I've asked a client "Why are you spending money to come here? If you're not going to keep the good habits going, why are you wasting our mutual time and your money? You're not going to see results."
The reply was an emotional breakdown and a bit awkward, but it cleared the air and forced them to make a decision on what was important in their life

Yes. If they lie to me I will catch them and make them pay. They almost always lie about their diets. It takes a bit but I get it out if them. Numbers don't lie, people do.
