very inspirational. I suffer from horrible chronic back pain that makes it really hard to train. good to see someone with my type of injury succeeding in a sport that requires us to never miss workouts no matter how bad we are feeling or how hard it is to find ways to train!

Nick, I'm a t-4 complete paraplegic and heavy into bodybuilding myself. First off, thanks for all you do. Next, as far as cardio goes, I usual hit a heavy bag and also have a stationary handbike but just curious as to how effective that speed bag machine is?

An inspiration my man! Im in the middle of some adversity with a shoulder injury but I just shifted my goals until God says go. I walk with a crutch since I have cerebral palsy from birth.
Why do I do this weightlifting thing for the last 34 years with all its ups and downs life has handed me? Because each time I came back stronger. NEVER GIVE UP. Gym life is about more than muscles getting bigger and weights going up. Its wisdom discipline dedication humility you name it.
