Serious motivation. The will you have to succeed and to get on with life is amazing.
Without sounding rude, congratulations on the Competition's whilst in the Wheel Chair and meeting Arnold, inspirational.
Do you think in any way you would have competed in Bodybuilding if you were not constrained to your wheel chair. e.g before the wheelchair.
Lifting teaches you, it shows you everything and more that needs to be learned in life. It is a transferable skill both Physically and Mentally. It will allow you to push the limits of your existence and discover your true potential.

This! Super motivating stuff here. Nick, you're strong as f*ck bro! Keep beasting it in the gym! You prepping for any shows coming up?
Also quick question:
During your contest prep, what kind of cardio do you do? I'd imagine you use one of those UBE hand bike things? Or do you rely more on dropping cals and not focus much on cardio?
Thanks man, I'll deff be checking in here constantly for updates

My Quads are 100%, Hams, Inner and Outter are weak and I can't feel anything below the knees.

Thanks! I don't know if I would have been a bodybuilder or not if I didn't get in a wreak. Lifting saved me mentally and I became obsessed with it because I felt like at the time it was all that I had.

Oct 15 - Houston Pro Show for the 1st IFBB Pro Wheelchair Division. I use the speed bag by http://www.theburnmachine.com and also do the elliptical as well. When I get ready for a show anymore I don't do anything more then 30 mins of cardio but it is Intense for the 30 mins. I use to do 2 hrs of cardio a day. Diet is everything when it comes to getting ready for a show. My training is always the same, it is my carbs and protein that I adjust to dial myself in for a show.

This is a great post and the vids are really amazing. What kind of nutrition do you have for bulking & cutting ? coz I saw the pictures and I saw the amounts of fats that you got rid of at the same time maintaining muscles.

Almost everything--all external expectations, all pride, all fear of embarrassment or failure--these things just fall away in the face of death, leaving only what is truly important. Remembering that you are going to die is the best way I know to avoid the trap of thinking you have something to lose. You are already naked. There is no reason not to follow your heart.
