With all of the Juggrnauts in Training for the " I AM JUGGERNAUT" it has got me excited and want to join the fun and not feel left out! So I have decided that Im going to give you guy my 12 week challenge of JUggernaut and post my diet and work out plans.
My goal is to just have fun with this and keep me motivatied to keep up this hard work that I have been putting in these last few years sincemy last show(OCT 09). I have just started 2x last monday so what a perfect time to start this log i figured.
Im looking to gain about another 10lbs before I think about getting back on stage next year. Durnign this 12 weeks Id like to think I can gain about 4-5 solid mass with doing 2 a days. I plan on doing this for the next 4-6 weeks before I go back to one work out per day. With doing 2x I not doing an cardio as my workouts are moving pretty fast, we knock the workout in 45-60min max.
My weight this moring was 225lb with about 9-10%BF, i will get my BF check sometime this week to give you the true number. I look to get to about 230lb with in the next 12 weeks and try to cut a few % of BF if at all possible.
My nutrition is pretty much the same week after week, im eatting about 3,000-3500 cals right now. I will post my nutrition plan later on today or tonight for everyone to look at.
I thank everyone for sopping by my log and foloowing me just like im following all of you doing your journey of this challenge. Feel free to ask questions with anything, I was a personal trainer for 5 years before I started working for Infinite Labs. I still train some people from time to time, so I may be able to help with your questions or problems you may have.
GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE AND REMEMBER THAT "FITNESS HAS NO DAYS OFF"

Hi Cmugan, Team Juggernaut welcomes Team Infinite into the I AM Juggernaut contest logs!
Your training twice a day for the next 12 weeks will be interesting to follow on strength gains and plate percentages/rep range.
Your approach to high rep Dead Lift is rare, and appears to be working up to a 3 rep max? Prediction 495 x 3 in 12 weeks.
Any more predictions from anyone?

For sure!!
Joe
That would be a great thing for you to do for them! The more of the Team we get on here and doing logs with them the more fun it will be and the advice that we all have to offer is overwhelming and im sure will be so helpful. I would love to see your workouts, i konw i have worked out with you once or twice but to see a daily routine would be great! Especially after your surgery people are always afraid to get back with it and you can show them a great idea of gtting back into it but not killing yourself. I look forward to thisJOE!!!
MY VOTE IS YES!! WHO ELSE IS WITH ME???Fitness has NO days OFF!!

Thank you Thank you!
This will be rare to see how long we can keep up the twice a days, but going to go for the whole 12 weeks, we have to grow from it. Theres just no reason why our bodies will not! I had not done DL is a long time, and I didnt want to hurt my back so we didnt increase the weight by much so we did more higher reps this week, Im not sure what my max will be as I have never maxed out before so closer to the end of the 12 weeks Im planning on maxing out on everything just to see where Im at at that point. Im looking forward to being apart of the LOG team and helping out in any way that I can!Fitness has NO days OFF!!
