    Getting pumped

    I need something to get me pumped for my workout. Sometimes I have trouble sleeping at night and i'm up till about 4 or 5. So I wake up in the morning tired, is there anything out there like in powder form that will give me that extra boost?

    first, how much caffeine do you take a day and at what times.... youre 14 and shouldnt have issues unless its because of caffeine

    All I really drink is Green tea,water and Diet coke. I did have a reg coke today though I exercise all the time, I play basketball after I get out the gym. Its been like this for a few weeks.

    the issue is the caffeine amount youre taking in. when energy drinks started coming out i was 15 and would have 1 or 2 in the morning and be wired until the next day.


    you may want to consider a non stim preworkout like ultima and pump-bol. no caffeine. but if youre not sleeping then thats not good, cant recover. I'd focus on finding whats keeping you up before you dabble in stuff to force you to wake up.

    Dude what you need is some ice cold motivation on the internet. Look up some bodybuilders. Some people you want to look like. Want to hit the gym, not because you have to, but because you ****ing want to. You need to visualize the lifts before you hit the gym. Know the workout, know the routine. We all love getting large, but to be honest no pre-workout is going to give you the pump like that desire inside to strive for something more. The sound the weights make when they hit the ground and everyone in the gym is staring at you because you just shrugged 785 for reps. To some, the motivation alone is enough to get the blood flowing. I dont sleep much either. I just try to beast **** as much as I can with what I got. If you are young my advice is to stay away from supplements as much as you can. Just know you can achieve great things without some ***gots making money off commission selling you fake stuff at GNC.

    I've had trouble sleeping since i was 6, age has no correlation with sleep. Once again OP it would be unethical for me to suggest anything for you, but I would try to stay away from stimulants or at least heavy stimulants at your age

    There is actually a very strong correlation between aging and sleep in many respects.

    I've always had sleep issues as well
    Bail on stims, I have completely now and feel much better (not to mention discovered great non stim products)
    get tested if its a serious issue

    Could not of said it better OP. Look up Frank Mcgrath on youtube. If his vids dont get you pumped i dont know what would. Just my 2 cents though

    You dont need supplements at your age, and Im jealous, lol

    You should look into what the problem is with your sleeping. Go see a doctor and see if you have any medical conditions. Id avoid sleeping drugs though.
