brb guys working at the gym give you $hit for grunting yet ignore everyone else grunting/dropping weights (strong selective planet fitness rules)
brb guy working at gym saying I'm too small to grunt, you have to be a certain size before you can grunt LOLWUT (even though a small guy has to work harder to get to the level of others)
brb people in the gym saying you don't look like you lift (Why do you think I'm at the gym then retard?!)
brb people shoving broscience down my throat
brb everything you say and believe about lifting is automatically wrong even though you're quoting bodybuilders and experienced people and common sense
brb that stone of weight you gained in 2months must be all fat and no muscle despite looking more swole than you were before and only increasing bodyfat by 1% since bulk
brb everything you do is wrong
brb being an easy target for people who want to put someone else down to feel better about themselves
brb brb

Basic rule, if over 315 heavy you can grunt
Anything under no no-Some people say good things come to those who wait, truth is, good things come to those who work..... who work later.....who work harder...... who are willing to go further than anyone else to get them. If you're waiting for good things to come to you, you'll be waiting for a pretty long time.

LOL yes! First manlet response.
What do you do? Bertstare the $hit out of them?
I told the guy working at the gym that I grunt when I work to 100% intensity so if he's asking me to work out less intensely, that's gonna be impossible. He walked away.
Later on as I left the gym, he bertstared me.*mid-20s and find the misc generally boring/immature now crew*

Just buy those in-ear noise cancelling earphones and turn up your workout music. Easier to ignore people. People might think you're a foreveralone awkward ******* but you'll enjoy your workout more.
Unless the staff are telling you not to grunt, just keep doing what helps you. Don't worry about what random strangers think of you.
But don't drop weights. If you can pick them up, you can put them down. Unless you think you're about to injure yourself obviously.

It's all in the attitude mate, if you act like a manlet you'll get treated like one. Every time. Jeez, I've lost count of the number of 6'ers who've backed down when they've stepped up and realised I'm absolutely not gonna back down. Yup I know I'm lucky not to have got a good beating but it's the size of the fight in the dawg, not the dawg in the fight!

I recommend Dorian Yates Blood And Guts right here on good ol bb.com. now stop beeing pansy. thanks.I heart pullups
