My timetable is really busy so I'm trying to make some changes. What is the good time to work out? Before u go to bed, in the evening or in the morning or does it even matter?? I though I can visit fitness club every day at 8, then meal at home to get some proteine and go to bed or is it better to work ou in the middle of the day??

i just have a better mindset when i workout earlier, cause i feel like everything i eat just fortifies my workout for that day. but whenever you can. you have the most energy in the morning-mid day. so you might have weaker workouts later int he day, iuno..
id stick to the whenever you can get a workout in :PGOAL: BUILD LEAN MASS
