Some people are wondering why so little progress in 5 years and im assuming it's because I'm carb depleted and not pumped in the above, which is how I like to critique my physique since im natty and don't walk around 24/7 pumped up.

What did you weigh before/after?

64 kgs before, and currently 73-74. Use to be 80 before i had my health dramas

height is 176, so roughly 5'9-5'10

Looking thick solid and tight OP. Delts are joocy as! Traps could be bought up a little bit but overall very well balanced. Hope I'm looking like that after five years solid training...
