u r 1 cheeky **** mate, but aside from that I can't really believe that's true, unless he does that interval napping bull**** but I thought your body needed ~8hours sleep minimum to recover/rest and most importantly rebuild/synthesise muscle.

I normally get 5. Every now and then i'll get 6 hours of sleep. I think the 8 hour rule is pretty overrated. From my experience it definitely is.
