ur still cutting on the same normal calories u would regularly eat... only diff is u have very small meals during the day (500 or so worth of protein/ some fats and carbs) and the rest is all at night in one meal. its all about timing ur eating schedule differently.. thats all really.. ur food quantities are the same

ehh i dont agree with not eating /consuming anything... for ex.
wake up at 9... have a shake..
12pm... snack on a handful of nuts
3pm shake...
6pm... shake
lift
shake...
large meal
sleep
people are overcomplicating it too much.. its simply timing convenience.. that's all there is to this.. whenever u feel the most hungriest.. eat ur largest meal at that time.

how much calories are u cutting on? im cutting on 1650 calories... what i do is have 600 calories by 7pm (after i lift im at 600 cuz of the shake after)...and have all the rest of my food at night maybe at 9ish... then i sleep.. and im full the next day from eating such a large meal so im not usually hungry anyways (have to force myself the shakes actually)

Considering using this while bulking next winter as a way to stay clean. Right now, I'm on a traditional cut (although using altered macros due to my different needs as an athlete), and I'm doing very nicely with just dedication, but I am reading leangains quite a bit.
Addicted to speed metal, knowledge and endorphins.

I rep back unless I'm on recharge (PM me if I forget). I also rep rational, cogent and skeptical arguments. Sometimes. I'm only on the misc every few days, so don't wait around.
My picture is from before I started cutting. I've made progress since then. Don't quote it as an argument against me.

depends on the person... i dont get hungry much during the day.. have cravings mostly at night after i work out... and the small snacks during the day keep me good for my workout.... my lifts are still fine doing this... remember.. im having my calories for the day and my macros are met for the day.. so in the end its about whether or not it suits ur lifestyle... too much broscience around this.. u won't lose fat any faster or put on more muscle.. it's simple cutting with time adjustments for convenience factor
