    Amino Energy OR Optimum Bcaa (Powder)?

    I know amino energy has caffeine in it and is used as a pre-workout, but it has lots of aminos!!!

    Which product is a better source for aminos!? I cant buy both either, im poor.

    You probably don't need either unless you're on a cut or training fasted. You get enough aminos from your diet.

    Some people use Amino Energy as an intraworkout.

    BCAA + flavoring could be your intraworkout as well.

    More beneficial on a cut, yes. Get your diet in check. A solid diet is much more important than any supplement.

    My main goal is to gain strength. So far I have been for the last 3 weeks. On all my exercises I've increased. So will an abundant amount of aminos help me further my goal?

    If your diet is that bad then yes the aminos could help, but not as much as getting your diet in check would help.
