    Wrist curls (forward and reverse)
    Static holds
    Plate pinches
    Gripper work
    hevy deads raw
    wrist rolls

    what has worked for me:

    - Heavy lifts in general, holding onto big weights will affect your forearms eventually

    - Chins and Pull-ups always fry my forearms

    - Homemade wrist roller has been given me good results too.
