I see Optimum 100% whey protein being used alot. Would you consider it one of the best brands out there?

I personally use ON 100% WHEY and feel its great. I use the Double Rich Chocolate variant and cant complain with the taste! Mixability is fine aswell!

Ive herd alot of good stuff about Gaspari Myofusion aswell...trial and error my friend!

Really? Whey protein should be one of your more "used" supplements on a day to day basis. Unless you eat like a freak :P

Youll soon get sick of consuming something that tastes like SH** everyday! there alot of good flavours out there so, so shouldnt be too hard to find yourself a decent flavour.

That's true, but if the price outweighs the cost of the taste then I'd rather pick the one that's more better financially. Also i'm a high school student so i don't have lots of money.

Also, you can buy GG all day for $33.49, not $39.

I get 5lb bags of EAS from sam's club for about $33, has 90 servings (roughly 21-26g protein without looking at the bag). Flavor is definetly important but a few 0cal sweeteners can make pretty much anything acceptable.

whey protein is great, just look for one that is cost effective but also HIGH QUALITY. What I mean by high quality is that the supplement company has very high standards for filtering and maintaining a clean facility. Do research on companies before buying from them in my opinion
