honestly it depends on how carbed up you are.

i made this thread because i had a sample of this stuff and i took it pre workout and my whole body became pumped. it wasn't even my bicep day but i felt like doing biceps. when i was doing slow curls and squeezed at the top the pumps became almost unbearable, as if my skin was going to expode

it doesn't target any particular muscle group. its just a nitric oxide inhibitor that inhibits the arginine production in your body, unlike arginine itself which is fkin useless.

that being said if you take it with carbs before hand it does/can give a full body pump

i take 500mg after my workout it keeps me pumped after my post workout meals for around 5 hours.. on non lifting days i just take 500mg on an empty stomach you can take it any time of the day really just make sure it on an empty stomach
